Personal injury law firm seeks a Case Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, driven, a self-starter, detail oriented and a people person . This position requires a minimum of two years experience working as a personal injury pre-lit case manager . Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is preferred. We are looking for someone for the long-term who wants to grow their legal career with us. This is an in-office position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of up to 60+ cases at any given time.
- Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation.
- Obtaining evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, pictures.
- Collecting medical records and bills.
- Scheduling and monitoring client’s medical treatments.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and collecting information.
- Scanning/saving files, mail, etc. pertaining to cases.
Pay: $40-$45/hr depending on experience.
