About the Position

PT Acute Care; Start date is 3 weeks from offer; 13-week assignment w possible extension; EOW; Float; Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission) Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a - 5p, 1 weekend a month Required Certifications: BLS; GA State license required Required Skills: Body Mechanics, Cervicalgia, Low back pain, Post op cervical surgery, Post op shoulder repair, Post op spinal surgery, Spinal Conditions, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, Cognitive disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy, Parkinson s disease, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury Minimum One-year PT exp required; Previous travel exp preferred(1st timers OK); Cerner exp requried Scrub color Navy Blue *Qualivis submission form required on all submissions; References, Skills Checklist, updated NURSYS and copy of DL to prove 31-50-mile radius rate will be reduced by $5.
