This well-established, family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist to join our team in the Marion, IL area. With multiple locations this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.

Position Highlights:

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours
Provide diagnostics, patient counseling, and hearing aid fittings
Travel to multiple clinic locations in Southern Illinois (mileage reimbursed)
Strong support staff for seamless patient care and administrative ease
Open to new graduates — mentorship and training provided

Compensation & Benefits:

$100,000 base salary + commission (15% of private pay sales exceeding $125,000 per quarter)
$15,000 signing bonus

3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
CEU reimbursement: $1,000/year
Professional fees reimbursement: $500/year
Malpractice insurance covered
Education assistance program: $5,250/year
