This is demonstrated in base-line and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.The Professional Practice Model graphic and Duffy's caring factors are attached.Moffitt Cancer Center’s Endocrine Clinic provides a dynamic working environment that cares for patients with endocrine disorders, Pituitary disorders, hyper/hypothyroidism, thyroid cancers, adrenal disorders, and patients with diseases of the parathyroid gland. Our nursing staff provides knowledgeable and skilled care within a unique interdisciplinary team. We see approximately 30-45 patients per day.The clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Integrates patient and family centered care and the quality caring factors into practiceIdentifies, documents, and provides patient education based on learning needs of the patientParticipates in Evidence based improvement activities related to area of practiceParticipates in professional development based on the nursing professionals standards, regulatory requirements, and job expectationsCredentials and Qualifications:BSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with at least one year of relevant experience or ASN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with 1 year of relevant experienceFL RN LicenseBLS CertificationAn applicant for this position, who will be or is seeking Florida licensure by endorsement, must not have any National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) reports, unless the applicant has successfully appealed to have their name removed from the NPDB.
