As Vice President of Manufacturing, you will lead performance across a group of plants and help shape a safe, high-quality, efficient, and future-ready manufacturing network.This executive role combines strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, you will partner with leaders across supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to strengthen plant performance, advance business priorities, and develop the next generation of manufacturing talent.Key ResponsibilitiesLead manufacturing operations across a group of plants, driving performance in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.Translate business priorities into manufacturing strategies and executable plans that support growth and operational excellence.Own and manage the business unit manufacturing budget, strengthening financial performance and cost discipline.Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and strong leadership pipelines.Champion continuous improvement and lean methodologies across the manufacturing network.Collaborate across supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to align manufacturing performance with broader business goals.Why You'll Love This RoleMake a visible impact across a large and complex manufacturing footprint.Shape the future of the organization by developing talent and strengthening leadership capability.Influence enterprise priorities through close partnership with senior and cross-functional leaders.Lead meaningful work that supports our purpose of making delicious food accessible for all.Bring big ideas to a collaborative, people-focused culture where your leadership can make a lasting difference.Location & Travel RequirementsThis role is based in Lakeville, Minnesota, and requires regular travel to manufacturing facilities to build relationships, drive alignment, and support operational performance across the network.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required.Required Qualifications15 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment, including executive leadership and corporate strategic planning experience.Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and delivering against performance targets.Proven success developing talent, building high-performing teams, and achieving results through others.Manufacturing leadership experience with a strong understanding of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ability to connect manufacturing strategy to broader business objectives and lead through organizational complexity.Preferred QualificationsMaster of Business Administration.Manufacturing leadership experience within consumer packaged goods or a related industry.Technical degree or equivalent technical experience.Success in This RoleBalances enterprise-level strategy with visible, hands-on operational leadership.Communicates clearly and influences effectively across functions and leadership levels.Builds trusted relationships and creates alignment across a distributed manufacturing network.Uses sound judgment, financial discipline, and continuous improvement thinking to deliver sustainable results.Develops people and teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong performance culture.Ready to Make an Impact?If you are a strategic manufacturing leader who thrives on improving performance, developing people, and leading through complexity, we invite you to bring your experience to Post Consumer Brands and help shape the future of our manufacturing network.The pay range for this position is $179,599 - $308,910 per year.
