Location: Davenport, IA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative & Production Scheduler who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and coordinating operations to ensure products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

This position plays a critical role in balancing customer needs, production capacity, material availability, and business priorities. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping create and maintain production schedules that support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary customer contact regarding orders, delivery schedules, product changes, and customer inquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely, professional communication.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, materials, and business unit leaders regarding schedule changes and production priorities.
• Monitor future production requirements and support capacity planning efforts.
• Generate reports related to production schedules, customer activity, and production performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing production scheduling, customer service, inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Communications, or related field.
• APICS/ASCM certification.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Manufacturing scheduling experience in a production environment.
