Within the Pharmacy Services team, the Registered Pharmacist will thrive in an approximately 100-bed acute care hospital regarded as a vital healthcare resource that prides itself on community-focused care, state-of-the-art facilities, and accessible specialty services; this Acute Care Pharmacist role supports localized care and robust facilities while upholding financial transparency and quality medical services, all within a modern medication management environment that integrates decentralized coverage, real-time analytics dashboards, advanced dispensing automation, and clinical collaboration that keeps patients at the center of every decision.

Reporting to a Director of Pharmacy with daily coordination by a Pharmacy Manager, the Registered Pharmacist is supported by experienced pharmacy technicians, clinical specialists, and informatics partners; as a Licensed Pharmacist, responsibilities include order verification, therapeutic interchange, antimicrobial dosing support, code response, sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight, transitions-of-care medication reconciliation, pharmacokinetic monitoring, anticoagulation management, patient and caregiver education, and participation in P&T and quality councils, all while enjoying warm collaboration with friendly nurses, physicians, APPs, and a diverse interdisciplinary team committed to safer, smarter, faster care.
