Looking for a recruiter who enjoys headhunting, finding talent, and closing successful placements. We’re looking for a Recruiter with 3–5 years of extensive recruiting experience and strong active sourcing skills. What We’re Looking For Experience recruiting across IT, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Construction, Engineering, and/or Legal . Strong LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS, and job-board skills. Experience sourcing, screening, engaging, and closing candidates. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and deliver qualified candidates. You’ll work closely with our Relationship Manager, support client hiring needs, and contribute directly to successful placements.
