Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/Spanish)

Contact Government Services, LLC is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis to support a large Federal agency. This full-time position involves responding to customer inquiries about housing and FHA mortgages through calls and emails. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess 2 years of customer service experience, and be proficient in communication.
