As a Registered Nurse you will: Accurately prepare and administer prescribed medications according to Hospital policy, and scope of practice. Make routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems. Document admission, physical assessment, monthly summaries, variance reports, and pertinent resident information. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information. We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Graduate of an approved school of nursing for Registered Nurses.
