Category Manager - Lifestyle and Content Creation

Job Responsibilities Develop and drive EMEA go‑to‑market plans for products in the LFD (Chairs / Lifestyle products) and MCD (Content Creation / Mobile products) categories. Create comprehensive product launch plans for all new releases, present them to internal stakeholders, and manage detailed execution. Lead PR teams in external communications, including creating keynotes, press briefings, and training key stakeholders on messaging. Coordinate localization of marketing assets (copy, videos, photography, banners, social content, training materials, and more) to support launches or campaigns. Develop monthly and quarterly GTM plans that summarize key activities—promotions, launches, PR, events, influencer seedings, collateral creation, and digital marketing—to drive revenue and unit growth. Ensure execution of marketing activities within EMEA, collaborating closely with the regional marketing team. Act as the marketing contact for internal stakeholders such as sales, PR, community, technical support, business development, operations, and finance. Represent the product team at public and customer events, attending trade shows and performing booth duties. Serve as the EMEA product expert, addressing technical questions related to managed categories. Participate in daily or weekly calls with global stakeholders to keep product updates and marketing initiatives on track. Gather insights from market research, press, customers, and forums, integrating feedback into product planning and roadmap development. Influence creative strategy—including packaging, advertising, web content, merchandising, and promotions—for assigned products. Collaborate with outside vendors and partners to implement initiatives that support product and business goals. Analyze pricing and channel strategies in cooperation with senior management. Prerequisites / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of product management and marketing experience in consumer electronics, PC hardware, gaming furniture, or console industry. Experience in business development or partner marketing (plus). Proven record of developing and overseeing marketing plan execution. Knowledge of PC, console, or consumer electronics retail, direct, online, and distribution channels. Strong writing skills for marketing copy and design direction across digital, web, print, video, and graphics. Experience articulating detailed marketing plans and mandatory requirements for success. Self‑driven, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Strong administrative, organizational, and executive communication skills. Preferred experience in a global company with stakeholders across regions and time zones. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Fluent in English.
