About the Position

Location: Houston, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 10 shifts per four-week schedule, including one full weekend plus 2 weekdays; Day shift staffing model (1 supervisor, 3 RNs, 2 Cath Lab Techs); On-call coverage for night shifts

Highlights:

• Work in a 3-procedure room Cardiac Cath Lab with a collaborative team approach (3 team members per patient procedure)
• Diverse case mix including left and right heart caths, pacemaker/ICD implants, Watchman devices, IR procedures, vascular cases, and EP ablations (PFA)
• Utilize Phillips and Siemens fluoroscopy equipment with MERGE Hemo and Meditech Expanse EMR systems
• Day shift position with structured team environment including RNs and Cath Lab Techs
• Opportunity to float to Pre/Post Cath Department for additional learning and support
• Hospital-provided scrubs and adherence to universal precautions and procedural guidelines

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience strongly preferred
• Electrophysiology experience is a plus
• Team-oriented, flexible personality with strong procedural skills
