BUTET is the high-end saddler that meets the exacting standards of riders who cherish fine horsemanship. For over thirty years, our minimalist, elegant saddlesfeaturing incomparable craftsmanshiphave captivated riders seeking balance. This is a feat achieved in France, within our light-filled workshops in Saumur. Honored with the prestigious "Living Heritage Company" (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label, BUTET embodies and shares its "rider-horse" philosophy every day. It is a philosophy defined by lightness, close contact, and a way of beingboth in the saddle and with one's horsethat mirrors how we should be in life: true and balanced.
BUTET is looking for a Sales Representative (B2C) based in Ocala to cover the territory of North Florida.
What We Are Looking For...
- Prior successful field sales experience
- Someone travel-ready with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
- A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
- Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter
Sales Representative Mission:
- Represent the brand at WEC Ocala (mandatory) throughout the show season, engaging with customers and driving sales.
- Represent the BUTET brand and develop sales within the territory.
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Proactively prospecting and building new business opportunities.
- Represent Butet at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service

Sales Representative Salary:
- Year 1: Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)
- Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (base + unlimited commission)
- Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (base + unlimited commission)
