Client Reporting & Analytics Associate

Job Overview The Client Reporting & Analytics Associate will play an integral role in the Global Client Platform Group and will be directly aligned with the Institutional Equity Portfolio Management teams. This position provides direct support to the assigned Portfolio Management and Institutional Client Coverage teams and is responsible for compiling portfolio and market specific materials, including institutional client reports, market related exhibits and commentary, portfolio and product analytics for pitch books, factsheets and portfolio review materials. The Associate will collaborate with Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing, RFP, Technology and Legal Teams to deliver client‑ready materials. #LI-KF1 #LI-Hybrid Responsibilities Understand equity strategies with requisite depth to complete client reporting and respond to client inquiries regarding equity portfolios and strategies. Develop and produce thoughtful and accurate client materials, including standard and custom client reports, portfolio review presentations, and commentaries. Assist the team in delivering on all client reporting requirements in accordance with established investment management agreements. Serve as point of contact and engage with investment professionals on performance, exposures, attribution analysis, and summary statistics to assure accurate and timely production of analytics packages. Participate in onboarding new clients and create analyses and presentations for key initiatives such as fund launches, RFPs, and client due diligence questionnaires. Liaise with portfolio management teams on ad‑hoc inquiries and small projects. Collaborate with project management and IT on data automation projects to enhance portfolio analysis and client reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. 3+ years post‑graduate experience in asset management or the financial industry preferred. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Highly motivated and self‑driven, capable of working in a team environment while taking individual responsibility for quality and accuracy. Accountable with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate and prioritize work within a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment. Knowledge of financial markets and interest in investment strategies and security analysis. Experience building formula‑driven spreadsheets, pivot tables, and macros. Analytical and comfortable working with and interpreting statistics and financial markets data. Experience building custom client portfolio review presentations. Experience with FactSet and/or BlackRock Aladdin a plus. Current study or desire to obtain a CFA (or equivalent) is preferred. Eligibility Applicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship. Compensation The salary range for this role is $90,000–$105,000. This range may be adjusted at any time and is based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of the total compensation package.
