Licensed Practical Nurse - Mobile Med-Support (NY)

What does a Licensed Practical Nurse do? A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for monitoring the people we support in our medical frail homes as it relates to health, self‑care and personal hygiene needs. This position will assist with hands‑on direct support as well as administering medications and performing routine hospital check‑ins for the people we support. Qualifications Must be a licensed and registered LPN by the New York Education Department Valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to various worksites is required Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred What can The Arc Lexington offer you?
