Weekend Caregiver

Job Summary

As a Weekend Caregiver with Delta Homecare - Georgia, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical in-home services to our clients in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will provide companionship, light housework, meal assistance, and other essential services to enhance our clients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Perform light housework, including sweeping, mopping, and laundry

• Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking, as well as dishes

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom

• Run weekly errands, such as grocery shopping or banking

• Provide medication reminders and other necessary care

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a caregiver

• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)

• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• Respectful and compassionate attitude

• Good time management skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
