TikTok Shop Affiliate Coordinator

Description

The Affiliate Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a portfolio of top-performing TikTok Shop creators for Snap Supplements.

This role works one-on-one with high-potential and top-performing creators. The goal is to grow their content output and sales, and to build long-term partnerships with Snap. The Affiliate Coordinator owns creator relationships from first outreach through ongoing performance management, and is accountable for driving GMV through the creators they manage.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and great at building relationships. They should be comfortable working with performance data, holding creators to clear expectations, and coaching them to grow on TikTok Shop. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Creator Recruitment & Outreach

• Find and recruit high-potential creators through TikTok Shop and direct outreach.
• Cold-contact creators across multiple channels and turn them into active, productive Snap affiliates.
• Review sample requests and approve creators based on fit, content quality, and sales potential.

2. Creator Portfolio Management

• Own and grow a portfolio of affiliate creators, acting as their main point of contact at Snap.
• Set clear expectations for content output and performance, and hold creators accountable to them.
• Manage logistics so creators have a smooth experience, including samples, shipments, campaign details, commissions, and deliverables.
• Build strong long-term relationships that keep top creators loyal to Snap.

3. Creator Development & Coaching

• Coach creators on content strategy, hooks, product messaging, and TikTok Shop best practices to improve their performance.
• Share winning content formats, trending angles, and product talking points to help creators produce high-converting videos and LIVEs.
• Find underperforming creators and build plans to re-engage or level them up.

4. Campaigns, Launches & Ads

• Run creator participation in product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and challenges.
• Work with the Creative and Ads teams to find top-performing creator content for paid amplification and to coordinate ad codes.
• Help develop campaign concepts that match creator strengths and resonate with our audience.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track creator GMV, content output, and campaign results against monthly targets.
• Use TikTok Shop analytics and internal tools to spot trends, opportunities, and risks in your portfolio.
• Keep organized records of creator communications, agreements, deliverables, and performance.
• Report regularly on portfolio performance and share insights with the Social Media leadership team.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Marketing, Creative, Ads, and Operations to keep creator programs aligned and running smoothly.
• Stay current on TikTok Shop updates, competitor activity, and emerging affiliate strategies, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer or creator management, TikTok Shop, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Results-driven, with the drive to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, written and verbal.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning it into action.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage many creator relationships at once.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Familiarity with TikTok and TikTok Shop. Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate center, or creator management tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
