THE GIST:
Our client, a notable executive search firm, is looking for a Search/Project Coordinator to support a busy partner who is looking for a right-hand. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with top-tier written & verbal communication skills.
This is a great opportunity to work with a high-powered partner at a prestigious search firm!
THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Serve as client and candidate liaison, assisting in maintenance of daily project activities
- Build positive relationships and interface with high-level executive candidates (Fortune 500 client executives & candidates) involved in highly confidential projects
- Provide ongoing project management assistance with complex and confidential assignments
- Produce high quality client and candidate deliverables with a hands-on approach, ensuring completion within the designated timeline
- Work closely and effectively with partner and research department to ensure deadlines are met and client and candidate needs are served
- Manage the partner's busy calendar, scheduling, and coordinating appointments
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and review expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle competing deadlines
- Work in conjunction with other departmental administrative assistants
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 5+ years of experience working in recruiting coordination, project coordination, and/or as an Executive Assistant
- Previous experience working in executive search, consulting, and/or professional services highly preferred
- Impeccable grammar and superb writing skills
- Strong customer orientation - delivers a 5 star customer experience
- Direct and friendly communicator
- Exceptionally proactive and adaptable to new situations
- Stellar communication skills to work directly with clients
- Superb organizational skills with an attention to detail
- PC experience required

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in office)
COMPENSATION: Base salary: $90,000/yr - $105,000/yr + overtime + bonus + benefits + perks (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
