Screen Printer Opportunity
Looking for a stable career where you can learn a specialized skill? We are hiring a Screen Printer to join a growing production team! This is a hands-on manufacturing position focused on producing high-quality printed products in a clean, team-oriented environment.
Whether you have previous screen printing experience or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply. Paid training is available for the right candidate.
This well-established engraving and printing company manufactures high-quality printed and engraved products for customers across a variety of industries. They offer a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment where employees are encouraged to learn new skills and grow within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment while following production specifications.
- Accurately read a ruler and take precise measurements to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while working with the production team to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to accurately read a ruler, as precision is critical.
- Curious, open-minded, and comfortable asking questions rather than making assumptions.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
Schedule
- 1st Shift - Monday through Friday
- 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
