Senior RFIC Design Engineer - Space-Grade Mixed-Signal ICs

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced RFIC design engineer to design and develop RFICs and mixed-signal ASICs. You will use Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF and similar tools to create analog models and verification methods.
The role involves cross-functional collaboration, lab integration, and solving timing and layout challenges. Onsite in multiple US locations with a temporary remote work exception.
