Position Description

National fast-casual franchise with 7 locations in the Tallahassee area looking for passionate, self-motivated, honest individuals. We're looking for leaders who can coach their team to achieve operational excellence as general manager of a high volume location. Starting salary of 50-70k depending on qualifications and experience. Opportunity for advancement for top performers.

50 hour workweek
Up to 3 weeks vacation
Flexible hours
3 paid holidays per year

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college + 2 years of management experience OR five years of management experience
Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great interpersonal skills.

Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per YEAR
