Assistant Store Manager

Locals’ Market is a hometown grocer built around fresh, perishable foods, strong service, and convenient, everyday shopping. We are growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who wants to be part of building something, not just maintaining it. Responsibilities Hands-on leadership role at the center of daily store operations. You will report to the Store Manager and work alongside a Kitchen Manager as part of the store’s leadership team to ensure the store runs smoothly across both retail and foodservice. Work alongside your team on the floor while owning key responsibilities around pricing accuracy, data reporting, and operational execution. Understand that every decision involving labor, production, pricing, and waste impacts results, and play a direct part in getting those decisions right.
