Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI, US 54495 Requisition Number: 226738 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and provide service and sales within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Act as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Required: Active driver’s license and at least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification and documentation of previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent service qualifications. Additional Qualifications: Strong customer service orientation.
