Civil Project Manager – Baltimore Suburbs

Growing civil engineering firm in the Baltimore suburbs is seeking a Civil Project Manager with 5+ years of land development experience.

Responsibilities

Manage land development projects from concept through completion
Oversee site design, grading, drainage, stormwater and utility plans
Coordinate with clients, municipalities and project teams
Manage project schedules, budgets and deliverables

Qualifications

5+ years of civil land development experience
Strong site design experience
Civil 3D proficiency
Excellent communication and project management skills
PE preferred
