Job Description

ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVER

Pay: $20–$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | Start Time: 4:00 AM
Location: Glendale, AZ

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Route Delivery Driver. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Duties:

Operate a cargo van or box truck to complete assigned delivery routes
Load and unload products safely and efficiently
Deliver and place products in designated customer locations
Review invoices, collect payments when required, and complete delivery documentation
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accountability for inventory on the assigned vehicle

Physical Requirements

Lift and move 1–60 lbs. repeatedly
Perform bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting throughout 10–12 hour shifts

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR)
DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Previous delivery and/or warehouse experience preferred
Strong reliability, organization, and customer service skills
