Join our loving team as a Shift Manager in the Food & Beverage industry! We are seeking motivated individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. This role offers you the chance to grow within the organization while providing an exceptional experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive first impression through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a sparkling clean and organized environment by upholding store cleanliness standards.
  • Provide customers with pertinent information about our yogurt products and choices.
  • Acknowledge and thank every customer as they enter and exit the store.
  • Complete all duties assigned by management with punctuality and consistency.
  • Be flexible and cooperative with staff to accomplish team goals.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude .
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a knack for seamless maneuvering.
  • Self-motivated with a quick-to-learn aptitude for growth.
  • Experience in prepping fresh fruit toppings efficiently.

Wings Etc. is a family-friendly grill and pub founded in 1994 by Jim Weaver in northern Indiana, focusing on a casual, non-corporate atmosphere with award-winning jumbo Buffalo wings, extensive sauce options, and a casual vibe. The restaurant chain is known for its \Good Food, Great Times\ philosophy, offering a diverse menu of wings, burgers, and other pub fare, alongside numerous TVs broadcasting sports. It operates as a franchise system with over 80 locations across the U.S. and emphasizes community and an excellent guest experience.
