You partner across Marketing, Advertising, and internal teams to develop messaging that is on-brand, on-strategy, and built for impact.This role is equal parts creativity and execution. Familiarity with gaming operations, promotional strategy, and industry-specific language is highly valuable and will enable faster success in this role.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Must be able to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.Work Requirements and EnvironmentThis is a hybrid role that includes regular collaboration and travel between Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley properties. Responsibilities include project coordination, planning sessions, documentation, reporting, and regular use of technology and communication tools.
