Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.About Our AgencyWe help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in Northville, Michigan.Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9AM - 6PM and by appointment.I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.We currently have 4 team members at our agency.Apply Now And Let Us Put You On The Path To SuccessState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
