What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language services to students in school settings
- Conduct assessments and support evaluation processes
- Develop and implement IEP goals under appropriate supervision
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Build clinical skills and independence throughout the CF experience
Position Requirement
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completion of required academic and clinical coursework
- Eligible for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Eligible for or able to obtain the appropriate California SLP/CF licensure or authorization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- No prior school-based experience required
CF Supervision & Support
- Dedicated, ASHA-qualified Supervising SLP
- Structured supervision throughout the CF
- Regular clinical mentorship and feedback
- Support with IEPs, assessments, documentation, and caseload management
- Guidance through the ASHA Clinical Fellowship process
- Collaboration with school teams and district administrators
