Hours Day shifts: 7:00am–3:30pm Day shifts: 8:00am–4:30pm Day shifts: 8:30am–5:00pm Evening shifts: 11:30am–8:00pm Evening shifts: 12:30pm–9:00pm Weekend shifts/holidays: 8:00am–4:00pm No overnight shifts or call responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform sonographic procedures according to department standards in a timely and efficient manner. Provide patient education in written material and/or verbal explanation before, during, and after the procedure to reduce anxiety and enhance comfort. Produce examinations that meet image quality standards in accordance with department protocols. Submit images for physician interpretation. Verify accuracy of patient demographic information, pertinent clinical diagnosis, and required technical results, entering data accurately and promptly. Ensure all technical data entry components are complete prior to shift end. Monitor stock supplies in imaging rooms to ensure regular availability, reorder as needed, rotate dated items, and maintain a clean, orderly environment. Report incidences of equipment failure. Actively support organizational changes and adhere to institutional safety procedures. Participate in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working closely with nurses and physicians to achieve positive outcomes and optimal patient flow. Model service principles with customer‑service focus, innovation, service excellence, and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to patients, families, co‑workers, and others. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. ARDMS certification required. Current BLS certification required. One to three years of ultrasound experience preferred. Comfortable working between Hinsdale, Westmont, Lombard, and Lisle offices. Compensation Base pay range: $35.25–$52.90 per hour, determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
