About Us: At Shining Stars Pediatric Therapy Center we are dedicated to empowering children and families through compassionate, evidence-based therapy services. Our team of passionate professionals work in a collaborative, supportive environment to help each child reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (with potential for full-time) to join our growing team. New Graduates are welcome. Position Summary: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will assess and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor challenges. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that support children's functional independence at home, in school, and in the community. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on sensory integration, fine motor skills, ADLs, play skills, and more Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other therapists Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in a timely manner Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Educate families on home programs and strategies to support development Supervision of OTA Qualifications: Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license in the state of VA Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, or early intervention settings) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Passion for working with children and their families Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour based on experience What We Offer: Flexible, choose your hours, scheduling options (Mon - Fri).
