Benefits Analyst

Managing benefits and leave programs for U.S. and Canadian employees, the full-time Benefits Analyst will administer enrollments, vendor billing, and compliance within Workday while serving as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Administer self-funded medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits, including enrollments and eligibility management Lead the annual open enrollment cycle, providing employee support and ensuring compliance with regulations Serve as the day-to-day contact for vendors and manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-6 years of experience administering employee benefits and/or leaves of absence Working knowledge of FMLA, ACA, COBRA, and ERISA basics Hands-on experience with an HRIS, preferably Workday, and strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency Demonstrated curiosity and proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity
