Senior Accounting Analyst

International consumer products company near Redondo Beach is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst for their corporate accounting team. This position will be on a hybrid schedule. The Senior Accounting Analyst will be responsible for assisting with preparation of consolidated financial statements, compiling accounting files for SEC reporting, month/quarter/year-end close, and complex intercompany and account reconciliation. The Senior Accounting Analyst will also analyze fiscal variances, budgets, and financial statements, prepare financial reporting documents, as well as ensure SOX compliance.

• Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 3-4 years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience is needed.
• Exposure and/or experience with a large or international corporation, or a public accounting firm is required.
• CPA or CPA tracking is ideal.
• ERP systems and strong Excel skills are important.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills are also required.
• $100 - 107k + bonus.
