Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Picking Packing Associate.
Picking Packing Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. Mandatory overtime is required during peak season and may include 10-hour shifts and Saturdays. First day orientation begins at 8:00 AM, after which associates will work the remainder of their shift.
Pay Rate : $16.50/hr

Picking Packing Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  
• Must be able to understand and use voice-directed picking equipment.
  
• Strong attendance and reliability required.
  
• Jeans, T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes required.
  
• No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor.
  
• Drug screen required within 30 days of placement. Background check required. No theft or violent offenses. Felonies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  

• Pick and pack educational books accurately using voice-directed picking equipment.
  
• Prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  
• Handle textbooks, educational materials, and other printed products safely.
  
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
  
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced distribution center.
  
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
