Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant needed now. Duties include planning all committee meetings, agendas, taking accurate minutes of required meetings, ensuring committee members receive appropriate materials and notifications. Effective communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential to this position. Essential functions of the position include maintaining confidentiality, preparing agendas, meeting notices, and minutes, making arrangements, including travel, as appropriate, attending all Director's meetings and marketing meetings, ensuring the meeting space is appropriately set up, serving as recording secretary for these meetings, maintaining the electronic calendar, preparing materials for all meetings, planning and coordinating receptions, luncheons, etc. for various groups and programs, scheduling space for meetings and group visits.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Must have strong administrative, computer, organizational, and detail skills. Ability to use Microsoft office suite products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point. At least five years of experience in administrative support. Ability to self-motivate and function autonomously. Possess strong problem solving skills with the ability to monitor own work for accuracy and thoroughness. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently, including responding to emails and requests in a timely manner. Ability to shift priorities as required. Ability to speak and communicate clearly in order to accurately convey information in person or by phone.
