Duration: 6 months

Shift: 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00), varies weekly between 8/10/12-hour shifts, also includes 24-hour + 16-hour shifts per week

Hours/Week: 40 hours

License/Certifications: Board Certified (BC), DEA, CSR; open to licensing

Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred, 1 year ideal

What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia supervision for diverse cases, including GYN, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, interventional radiology, and MRI procedures
• Perform spinal blocks and arterial lines, with occasional opportunities for other regional anesthesia techniques
• Manage anesthesia for Level II trauma cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a 17-room OR, 7-day surgery center, cath labs, endo, and radiology departments
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
• Cover shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays (must work Christmas)
• Provide supervision-based anesthesia with a maximum 4:1 ratio, with optional independent roles

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certified (BC) CRNA license or pending approval
  • DEA and CSR licenses
  • At least 6 months of recent anesthesia experience (considering 1 year preferred)
• Preferred:
  • Experience with diverse surgical and radiology cases
  • Comfortable with trauma cases and spinal blocks
