Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is seeking a CRNA to join our established anesthesia team in Clinton, Missouri. This position offers a highly autonomous practice with a schedule designed to support work-life balance and long-term career sustainability.

Position Highlights 13 weeks off per year with a week off every month Frequently done by 1 2 PM with time at home in the afternoons Post-call day off most of the time Light call with callback less than 50% 100% autonomous practice (not ACT model) Competitive compensation with additional call pay Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan assistance available Comprehensive benefits and retirement plans

Practice Details Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, OB, GI, podiatry, ophthalmology, and urology No cardiac, no neuro, no spine Average 30-hour workweek before call Strong anesthesia team with backup always available Modern ORs with video laryngoscopy and updated ultrasound technology
