El candidato ideal ha apoyado todos los aspectos del litigio y puede tener experiencia en litigios complejos como daños masivos, demandas colectivas, reclamaciones por abuso sexual o daños medioambientales. Responsabilidades Prepara contratos, escritos, mociones y otros documentos legales Realizar investigación legal, preparar la prueba y responder a la investigación Prepárate y acude a procedimientos legales Comprende todos los aspectos del litigio, desde la admisión hasta el juicio. Está organizado y puede soportar un volumen de casos. Utiliza tecnología y software de gestión de casos para representar a los clientes de forma más eficiente y eficaz y apoyar a los abogados principales. Cumple con los estándares de integridad de los datos. Posee excelentes habilidades de investigación, redacción y comunicación jurídica. Ofrece un trabajo excelente, fiable, persuasivo y no tiene miedo de pedir ayuda. Tiene un gran deseo de asumir responsabilidades rápidamente y crecer como litigante. Es capaz de navegar por la naturaleza dinámica del litigio, gestionando múltiples plazos y proyectos a la vez, trabajando tanto de forma independiente como en equipo. Mantiene relaciones positivas con colegas, personal, clientes, abogados contrarios y personal judicial. Cualificaciones Está autorizado para ejercer la abogacía en Ohio.
