Ohio Regional AV/AVL Growth Leader

The Penn Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow the Ohio region. As the Squad Leader, you will own revenue, margin, and market share, while steering the install team to deliver high-quality projects in a dynamic regional market.
The role requires travel across the territory, leadership over field crews, and close collaboration with architects, contractors, and consultants. This is a high-visibility position reporting to the CEO.
