Auto Painter Helper

Job Summary Service Center Deland – Auto Painter Helper. Responsibilities include preparing vehicles for painting, sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace. Works with the Auto Painter to ensure an efficient workflow and repairs vehicles safely and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Requirements 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center. Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy. Physical ability to reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs. Capacity to understand written and verbal instructions. Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment. Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo‑Tech certification.
