What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable platform and infrastructure services supporting AI data generation and evaluation.
• Develop reliable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.
• Build reusable backend services, APIs, and internal platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster.
• Design resilient cloud-native systems with strong monitoring, observability, and fault tolerance.
• Architect data pipelines, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven systems.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, AI researchers, and technical leadership to solve challenging engineering problems.
• Help define engineering best practices around scalability, reliability, deployment, and system design.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building production distributed systems or platform infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js/Next.js) .
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures using technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub , or similar.
• Strong understanding of scalability, asynchronous processing, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Background in high-growth startups or top-tier technology companies is highly preferred.

Bonus Skills

• AI infrastructure or machine learning platform experience.
• Large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Workflow orchestration systems.
• Internal developer platforms.
