Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Ability to work night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with advanced surgical technology and multidisciplinary care environments
• Experience with orthopedics, cardiovascular care, or obstetrics
