Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in a Level IV NICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond to neonatal emergencies and perform resuscitation procedures as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active and clear RN License
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of NICU RN experience
• Level IV NICU experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a different rate structure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity or academic medical center NICU environment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills in fast-paced neonatal settings
