No weekends. No call required. Highlights: Outpatient procedural environment including pain management center with 2 procedure rooms and 5 office rooms Patient ratios: 1:4 for Pre/Post care; 1:2 in Procedure Room Float to Surgical Preparation Unit, Pain Center, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit as needed Epic charting system with 40 hours of orientation provided Work with adult and geriatric patient populations focusing on pain management procedures Collaborative interdisciplinary team with access to interpretation services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams Requirements: Active Pennsylvania RN license or compact state license Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required Procedural experience in OR, GI, or moderate sedation settings required Pre/Post operative experience and outpatient surgery center background preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Experience with Epic charting system required Previous charge experience preferred Community hospital, LTAC, and trauma center experience preferred Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a consistent Monday through Friday day shift schedule and no weekend or call requirements.
