Senior Electrical Project Manager - Commercial and/or Industrial (Charlotte)

Goliath Construction Consulting is recruiting for multiple Senior Electrical Project Manager opportunities with leading electrical contractors in the Charlotte, NC market .

We are interested in experienced electrical construction professionals from a variety of project backgrounds, including commercial, healthcare, industrial, data center/mission critical, advanced manufacturing, and other large-scale electrical construction .

These opportunities are ideal for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who have successfully managed electrical projects from preconstruction and planning through construction, commissioning, and final closeout.

What You’ll Do

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, billing, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field leadership on manpower, productivity, safety, quality, and project schedules.
• Manage relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and electrical scopes.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff as applicable.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive electrical construction project management experience with an electrical contractor .
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, industrial, data center/mission critical, manufacturing, or similarly complex electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, estimating, scheduling, procurement, project controls, and change management.
• Experience managing project budgets and electrical scopes from preconstruction through turnover.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Candidates with both Senior Project Manager and experienced Project Manager backgrounds are encouraged to apply
