K-12 | Sebring, FL | 2026-2027 School Year

Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | W2 with Full Benefits |Local or Travel Contract

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a FL DOE Certified School Social Worker to support a K12 caseload with a school district in Highlands County, Florida for the 2026-2027 school year. School Social Worker (MSW, LMSW) - Key Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of the IEP team in compliance with IDEA
• Conduct social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health evaluations
• Contribute to eligibility determinations and case study reports
• Provide direct counseling services (individual and group)
• Develop and support social skills and evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to strengthen student outcomes
• Incorporate cultural, environmental, and socio-economic considerations into evaluations and service planning

Qualifications :

• MSW from CSWE accredited program required
• FL DOE Professional Educator Certificate with School Social Work (grades PK-12) endorsement required
• Prior school-based experience in a full time paid role as a School Social Worker is required
