Position Overview Joyce is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales & Appointment Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop our team of Inside Sales and Appointment Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day supervision of the team while remaining closely connected to the work itself. You will ensure consistent performance, high‑quality customer interactions, and a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for our In‑Home Sales team. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who is passionate about people development, performance coaching, and creating a positive, accountable team culture. You will play a key role in training new team members, refining skills, and helping individuals reach their full potential while supporting overall department goals. Compensation This role offers an hourly base rate plus commission and performance incentives.
