Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications Fetal Monitoring - Intermediate (AWHONN)
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications NRP (AHA)
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment LAD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 182 days. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with circulating for C-sections is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in IV insertion and maintenance is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with administration of blood and blood products, anticoagulation therapy, and antihypertensives is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience assisting with high-risk deliveries and recovering C-sections is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in insulin drips and magnesium sulfate therapy is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience maintaining central lines (CVC / PICC) is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in pain assessment and management is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with sterile vaginal exams and triage of obstetrical patients is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with IUPC (Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration and use of PCA (IV) is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in isolation precautions and PPE is required.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 10 days of time off can be requested.
