We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Shipping & Receiving Specialist opportunity at NDX Green in Heber Springs, AR. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time opportunity featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production while wearing proper PPEAccurately enter information on incoming cases into computer system and generate work cardsCleaning and drying of case pansCode cases in preparation for data entryMake necessary changes to computer work cards to place cases on-hold, change dates, codes, etc.Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storageLook up previous paperwork in files as needed for case information or reworksAll other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities Required:Computer skillsMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishStrong attention to detailMultitaskMinimum Education and Experience Required:Preferred: High School Diploma or GED equivalentNo experience requiredHazardous Materials or Equipment Used:Disinfectant process chemicalsPersonal protective equipment as requiredOffice equipmentPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reachExhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motionsGood hand-eye coordinationGood manual dexterityAbility to walk or stand for long periods of timeRepeated bending and kneelingVision capabilities: Depth perceptions, attention to detail and/or colorPush, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 poundsQualificationsPreferred Behaviors:Team Player:Works well as a member of a groupDetail Oriented:Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done wellDedicated:Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrityHigh School or Equivalent or better.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
