Fox Summer Learning Lab Paraprofessional (5 Positions)

Brief Description / Position Summary Yorkville CUSD 115 has five (5) paraprofessional positions available for the 2025-26 Fox Summer Learning Lab starting July 6th 2026 at Yorkville Intermediate School in a 1st-6th setting. Classes will be offered four (4) days per week for three (3) weeks. Summer school paraprofessionals will assist in ELA and math for an extended time period five days a week for three weeks during the summer. The paraprofessional is expected to attend any and all training sessions prior to the school session, help the teacher set up a classroom that is inviting for students, assist the teacher in providing intense intervention in the areas of math and reading, work collaboratively with other staff members and administrators, assist teachers with developing positive relationships with students, and help conduct both pre and post assessments in order to identify specific areas for targeted instruction. Assist in regular and positive communication with all parents is expected.
